BEACH Pavilions
The South Pavilion and Boat Pavilion are available for party rentals except on holidays and holiday weekends. Lake Forest Residents may rent either of these pavilions for a 4-hour time frame at a $100 rental fee with a $150 refundable litter deposit. The North Pavilion is for drop-in use only and is not available for rental.
Rental of the Boat Pavilion and South Pavilion will include up to 6 free parking passes. Applicants may apply for up to 4 more passes at $15 per pass as part of their rental. Changes are reflected on the application.

Park pavilions
The park pavilions and playing fields of Lake Forest are available to Lake Forest residents, not-for-profit community organizations, and schools located within the city boundaries for permit when not in conflict with public activities. All permitted events need to be approved by Recreation Staff. Larger permitted events may need to apply for a special use permit through City Hall. Commercial profit-generating events are not allowed.
The permitting season runs from February 1 to October 31. A permit does not allow for private use of the entire park since the parks are intended for the enjoyment of all residents; however, it does reserve a pavilion or playing field for private use.
